Demo requests and your consent
When you request a free demo, we collect your name, email address, phone number and company name. We also record your consent, the time it was given, the version of this policy and your selected language.
We use these details only to respond to your request, send a demo or demo link, arrange a demonstration and communicate about that requested demo. Submission does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated marketing. Processing for this purpose is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Providing these details and consent is voluntary; without them, we cannot process the demo request.
Storage and service providers
Demo request details are stored using Lovable Cloud. We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage and delivery of demo-related emails. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to handle the request or operate these services. We do not sell your personal information.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection requirements must be met, including appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your request.
Website access and language preference
Hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, access time and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. Necessary security and operation processing is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The site stores your English or German language preference locally in your browser. The demo form does not store your contact details in browser storage. Your language preference is not used for advertising.
Retention and security
We retain demo request details only as long as necessary to handle your request and related communication, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You may request deletion or withdraw consent at any time. A limited consent record may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance or protect legal rights.
We use access restrictions and secure transmission to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, patient records or payment details with a demo request.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights or withdraw consent, email contact@pharoah.app. Withdrawal stops future consent-based processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We do not use demo request details for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
